Nicole Scherzinger enjoys taking risks with her appearance.

The X Factor judge loves experimenting with new looks and says she is constantly changing her style to suit her mood. Nicole plays around with fashion and beauty products to keep her aesthetic looking fresh and fabulous.

“When it comes to my style I am definitely a person that likes to mix things up and take risks,” the beauty admitted. “I think the bolder the better! It’s fun to experiment with a range of colours and patterns.”

The stylish singer says nails are a great way to show off your individuality. Nicole admits that although she loves the look of a beautifully applied salon manicure, she can’t always find enough time to indulge herself.

“A woman’s nails are a great way to express her unique style,” she revealed. “They are the ultimate accessory and my hands are always in view so I make sure they are always flawless.”

Nicole manages to sustain her high-maintenance regime by using the assistance of a secret product or two. The raven-haired beauty says one of her secret style items is stick-on nail art that she can switch easily between recording studios, photo shoots and sets.

“The great part about wearing fake nails is that you change them up to express your mood or match your outfit without the hassle of nail polish remover or drying time” she reveals. “Since my days are long and I could be running from a photo shoot, to the recording studio, to a set for TV shows there have been times I have changed my nails three times in one day to match my outfit. It’s so easy!”

The eagerly anticipated new season of The X Factor will be shown in the UK from late August, where Nicole will appear as a new judge and mentor alongside Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh.
