the BBC plays host to The Voice 2015 final, and ahead of it, coach Will.i.am has given a candid and extensive interview to The Sun.

He talked about working with “perfectionists” such as the late Michael Jackson and former X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger.

Will explained that both stars would always strive for absolute perfection and be inclined to see fault where there wasn’t any.

Having explained that during recording sessions with Michael, the troubled star would insist that his work could be better, Will added, “You know who’s like that? Nicole Scherzinger…

“She’s in the studio singing and we’re like: ‘Nicole that was awesome.’

“Everybody’s crying, but Nicole’s like: ‘I could take that again.’

“Take that again? I just cried. I literally cried…”
