Nicole Scherzinger and James Corden to Preview Gary Barlow’s New AROUND THE WORLD IN EIGHTY DAYS Musical

Nicole Scherzinger will return to the stage to preview a new musical version of AROUND THE WORLD IN EIGHTY DAYS, with music and lyrics by FINDING NEVERLAND’s Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy, who have been working with Harvey Weinstein on the project.

AROUND THE WORLD IN EIGHTY DAYS and FINDING NEVERLAND will be previewed at the Weinstein Comapny’s pre-Oscar dinner tonight, February 20, in Beverly Hills. Scherzinger will perform five songs from the musical alongside Barlow and INTO THE WOODS’ James Corden at the event.

AROUND THE WORLD IN EIGHTY DAYS is still on the hunt for a director and book writer.

Scherzinger, who just finished her run as ‘Grizabella’ in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS at the London Palladium, previously worked with Barlow as a judge on THE X FACTOR. Originally the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, Scherzinger launched her solo career in 2010 and has since become a popular TV personality, singer and actress.
