Last year she was a judge on The X Factor, now Nicole Scherzinger has returned to perform on the show.
Nicole sang her new track Run in a stunning grey dress embellished with mirrored pieces all across the material.
Wearing her hair slicked back, Nicole impressed the audience and viewers at home with her soulful performance on Sunday night.
Speaking later on ITV2 spin-off show the Xtra Factor, Nicole revealed that her performance – which was labelled ‘boring’ by some on Twitter – was affected by a power failure.
The former X Factor judge explained that originally her performance was due to feature lasers behind her but a ‘power failure’ put paid to that, leaving her singing in the darkness.
She told Sarah: “It doesn’t even matter if you had lasers or whatever, as long as you sing your heart out.”
