Her “Schamazing” looks have created a huge Twitter buzz, with everyone wanting to know the secrets behind the 35-year-old’s flawless skin and lustrous locks.

The Twitter hashtag #Scherzing-Hair has been used more than 20,000 times. So are you ready? Here’s the inside track on looking Sherzy-perfect.

Nicole, the face of Herbal Essences haircare, has been naturally blessed with great glossy tresses but she’s not afraid to mix it up with easy, temporary hair extensions for even more volume. For her sensational disco curls, Nicole’s X Factor stylist Lisa Laudat used Beauty Works Deluxe Clip-In real hair extensions (from £105, beautyworksonline. com), then sprayed each section with some heat protection spray.

She used the small-barrel divapro.fessional Hot Wand (£39.99, divapro.co.uk) to curl each section before spraying with firm hold hairspray and pulling out the curls to make them super-big. For Nicole’s up-do, Lisa twisted her hair and added Beauty Works Beehive Messy Bun in Caramel (£29.99, beauty worksonline.com).

For her long, straight look, she used Beauty Works Deluxe Clip-In extensions in shade Bronde (from £115) to give volume and length, while the T3 SinglePass Whirl Professional Styling Wand (£115, feelunique. com) gave her sexy waves. Herbal Essences’ Protect Cream Red (£4.79, superdrug.com) ensures hair stays glossy and damage-free through all the styling.

Nicole has glowing skin, but it can be dry and sensitive.

She says: “I always remove my make-up before I go to sleep, no matter how tired I am. I then use a foaming cleanser before applying ‘Inourishing night cream’. I also make sure I cleanse and moisturise every morning.”

Nicole loves Murad products, particularly Perfecting Day Cream SPF 30 (£39, murad.co.uk) and she has also been spotted with Lancome Hydra Zen Neurocalm Fluid SPF 30 (£38, boots.com).

Her make-up bag contains Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation (£34.50, selfridges.com) and Rose Silk Finishing Powder by organic brand Jurlique (£24.50, marksandspencer.com). Nicole’s eyes are always sensational and she relies on false lashes for her doe-eyed X Factor look. Her favourite cheapies include 2True Eyeliner Dazzler in Purple (£1.99, superdrug.com).

Those perfect brows are emphaSised with Mac eyebrow pencils in Spiked and Lingering (£13, maccosmetics.co.uk). and she keeps Tweezerman slant tweezers (£17.55, johnlewis.com) in her make-up bag for arch upkeep on the go.

Nicole loves Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser SPF20 (£33, johnlewis.com) and Diorshow Waterproof Mascara (£23, debenhams.com).

What is Nicole’s beauty secret? She says: “It is simple — sleep and drink lots of water.” Oh Nicole, we wish it really was that easy to look like you.
