Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack has tipped Nicole Scherzinger and the girls to win this year’s show.

The X Factor live shows start tonight and Caroline will be taking up a new role alongside Dermot O’Leary on the main show.

Having met the final 12, she reckons this year could be another triumphant one for Nicole.

The Pussycat Doll singer had all three of her acts in the Quarter Finals last series and had her Boys ultimately finished in both second and first place.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Nicole got the double whammy and won again. There’s something in her. She’s just amazing,” Caroline said. “She’s a girl’s girl. It’s impossible to fall out with Nicole, you just couldn’t.

“She doesn’t have a bad word to say about anybody. It’s not in her. She’s so nice.

“I think I’m obsessed with her. [It’s like] Single White Female. I’ll start getting long back hair.”

Speaking to DigitalSpy ahead of this evening’s live shows, Caroline also said she expected to See Louis Walsh back on the show next year.

“I don’t think it will be [his final year],” she told the website. “I don’t think it’ll be the same without Louis. He’s like part of the furniture, ain’t he?”

The X Factor 2013 live shows start tonight at 8PM on ITV.
