Nicole Scherzinger: ‘I Flipping Love The UK, I Might Move Here For Good’

Nicole Scherzinger has admitted that after receiving death threats while appearing as a judge on X Factor USA last year, she now “flipping loves” the UK audience who she reckons have “embraced her” and is considering making a permanent move across the pond.
Speaking ahead of the final on Saturday, the former Pussycat Doll, who has two acts competing for the top spot James Arthur and Jaymenne Douglas, Nicole reckons the UK audience have just let her be herself.
Speaking to EntertainmentWise she said: “Oh my gosh I am flipping in love with them now (the viewers).”
When asked what exactly made the difference from X Factor’s most wanted to most loved, she explained: “It’s very simple, it just that they have allowed me to be myself. And not only did they do that they brought out the best in me.”
“The British public embrace me,” she said.
She added: “It wouldn’t have been a great year if they hadn’t embraced my idiosyncrasies and sense of humour.”
Nicole was fired from X Factor USA after just one series and admitted earlier this year that it had been a tough time for her.
She told The Sun: “Last year I had death threats on X Factor USA. That kind of ruined me. I didn’t want to leave my hotel room. “I didn’t know that people could conjure up such thoughts — so hateful.”
She added: “It really frightened and scared me”
With her boyfriend Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton living in the UK, Nicole, who currently lives in Los Angeles, has admitted she’s considering making it her permanent home.
She revealed: “I’m actually going to be spending a lot more time here because I have a lot coming up at the beginning of the year.” “So I’m thinking about living here.”
