Nicole Scherzinger Will Be Performing ‘DHYB’ At The iHeartRadio Music Festival
Sep 23 2011

X-Factor” judge, singer, and dancer Nicole Scherzinger called into “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” this morning to talk about the two-day premiere of “The X-Factor” and her upcoming performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival this weekend!

“I wear my emotions on my sleeve,” when the judge recounts about going through what seemed like a year-long process of “X-Factor” auditions. The hype and craziness of everything coming together was captured in the two-day premiere and she describes her own experience from her involvement as a judge: “Doing ‘X-Factor’ has really inspired me as an artist to work harder and even challenge myself even more.”

The former “Pussycat Dolls” lead singer reveals that she launched her career through a similar competition show called “Pop Star” about 10 years ago and understands how these contestants feel throughout their journey.

One contestant that she might not have related to though was contestant Geo Godley, who captured attention by stripping his pants down to reveal a “tight rainbow thing.” She recounts the judges’ reactions: “Paula left, she threw up…and Simon was just happy as a clam.”

The pop singer’s next new single from her album Killer Love is “Don’t Hold Your Breath” that will be released this Fall! Make sure to stay tuned and don’t forget to keep watching “The X-Factor” only on Fox!
